Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto called upon police officers to cultivate resilience and strive for excellence during a dialogue on "Fostering National Unity in Diversity" held at the Utaryo Building, Education and Training Institution of Staff and Command Course of Indonesian National Police (INP) in Lembang, West Java, on Friday (June 16, 2023).

Highlighting the historical context, he emphasized that police forces have consistently played a vital role in the strength and success of nations. He further underscored the significance of the police as a crucial component in safeguarding the overall defense and security of the people, also known as "hankamrata".

He stated, "The nation and its people eagerly await your unwavering dedication. Rise as exceptional police officers, become strong guardians. This is my message. We need remarkable police officers."

He further stated the imperative for INP members to be ready for any circumstance, including the most challenging ones.

"To safeguard our nation, we must be prepared for the most adverse conditions," he concluded.
