inp.polri.go.id -  Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (Menpora RI), Zainudin Amali invites all people in the country to support the 2023 U-20 World Cup. Menpora Amali hopes that all participating countries will get a good impression while in Indonesia. This was conveyed by Minister of Youth and Sports, Amali, at the launch of the mascot for the 2023 U-20 World Cup in the HI Roundabout area, Jakarta, Sunday (18/09/22). The mascot is named Bacuya or the Light-horned Rhinoceros. "I hope that the people will support the U-20 World Cup, because this is a good opportunity for us. Let's show that we are good hosts, who are friendly and fun for other countries," explained Zainudin Amali. The Indonesian Minister of Youth and Sports said that the launch of this mascot also showed that Indonesia was ready to host the U-20 World Cup next year. Everything was also well prepared for the success of the activity. "Therefore, I hope that we are able to deliver a good impression to the FIFA, that they are right to trust us in becoming the host of the U-20 World Cup," said the man who was born in Gorontalo on March 16, 1962. "Our expectation is that if we are good at hosting this event, hopefully we will be trusted again to host the next World Cup," he continued. The launch of this mascot coincided with the car free day or CFD activities where many people usually went out to HI roundabout in the morning.
