Chief of the Public Relations and Press Division of North Sumatra Regional Police said they had not received reports from the team deployed to the alleged location of illegal vaccine sales by doctor I.W. in Jakarta. He said that detailed investigation development would be issued once the report has been received. "The investigators are still there (Jakarta). We have no update about the development in Jakarta. We will tell you later if there is any", Chief of the Public Relations and Press Division of North Sumatra Regional Police said.
Previously, North Jakarta Metropolitan Departmental Police also traced the alleged illegal Covid-19 vaccine sales in Kompleks Puri Delta Mas, Jakarta. Chief of North Jakarta Metropolitan Departmental Police, Police Grand Commissioner Guruf Arif Dharmawan, said that no evidence found when the police reached the location.
Chief of Departmental Police explains that when the police arrived, there were no said illegal sales. Police also gather some statements from witnesses. "Yesterday, Chief of Sectoral Police and his officers are checking the location, and no said alleged actions were in place", Chief of Departmental Police said.
The alleged sales of the illegal Covid-19 vaccine was uncovered after a public servant worked as a doctor in Tanjung Gusta jail, Medan, initialled I.W., was captured. He allegedly sold the Covid-19 vaccine illegally in Medan and Jakarta. The illegal Covid-19 vaccine sales location allegedly happens at Kompleks Puri Delta Mas, Jakarta. The information was uncovered during the press conference in North Sumatra Regional Police headquarters.
