NTT Police Conduct Fitness Exam for Perwira Officers

Inp.polri.go.id - Kupang. As many as 261 police officers, comprising 13 police women and 248 police men aspiring to be perwira officers, undertook a rigorous physical fitness examination at the Ricky Sitohang Field in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police Headquarters in Kupang.
Perwira refers to officers who hold positions of authority within the police force, typically those with ranks higher than non-commissioned officers.
Split into two groups, the first wave of 150 candidates completed their assessment on Thursday (7/3/2024), with the second group of 98 scheduled for the following day.
Senior Superintendent Satrya Yusada, the Head of Human Resources at NTT Regional Police, said about the importance of dedication and optimism during the test.
He encouraged candidates to give their best effort, aiming for success.
"This test is part of the selection process, where participants must pass various stages," Chief Satrya said,
He conveyed his satisfaction with the smooth conduct of the test, highlighting its cleanliness, transparency, accountability, and humanism.
