The Vice Head of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police, Brigadier General Awi Setiyono attends the Sow Flower Ceremony in commemorating the 62nd Dharma Samudera Day in Kupang Main Navy Base VII Port on Monday (1/15/2024). The ceremony was to commemorate the naval war during the heroic times of Indonesian history, particularly the war of Aru Sea on January 15th, 1962, where Commodore Yos Sudarso fell along with Macan Tutul Motor Torpedo Boat (MTB). At the ceremony, there were also First Admiral of Indonesian Military Force I Putu Darjatna, M. Tr. Opsla, acting governor of NTT, and NTT Regional Leadership Coordination Forum. The presence of regional key officials shows Indonesia always remembers its history.
