inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (P2MI) Abdul Kadir Karding emphasized his determination to eradicate the syndicate behind the non-procedural distribution of prospective Indonesian migrant workers (PMI).

"For me personally, they have to be wiped out completely. They must be gone, we must eliminate them. If not, the problem of protecting our PMI will never be finished," emphasized the Minister of P2MI as quoted by Antara on Wednesday (2/12/2025).

The efforts taken by KP2MI to eradicate the syndicate or group that channels CPMI non-procedurally, said the Minister of P2MI, include the formation of a Rapid Reaction Team.

Through cooperation with many parties across institutions, including the police, immigration, even the army, navy and others, the team was formed to prevent CPMI from going abroad.

In this effort, Abdul Kadir emphasized that this approach was not carried out to prevent people from working abroad, but to target the syndicates behind these non-procedural departures.

Regarding the possibility of individuals within the ministry who may be involved in the non-procedural distribution of CPMI, he emphasized that he would give stern punishment to those proven guilty.

"If they are from my party, I assure you that during my tenure as the minister, I would give no mercy. They would be fired immediately and not only that, we would also bring the case to legal procedures,” calls Abdul
