Officers from the Damai Cartenz Task Force conducted dialogic patrols across Sinak District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua, on Sunday (2/8/2026), walking through local communities, greeting residents and engaging in casual conversations regarding daily activities and regional security conditions.

Local community members welcomed the initiative, expressing appreciation for the direct communication and open dialogue with law enforcement.

"Besides carrying out security maintenance duties, we encourage personnel to build good communication with the public," Damai Cartenz Task Force Head Inspector General Faizal Ramadhani said. "Direct dialogue serves as a means to listen to residents' aspirations while understanding field conditions."

Damai Cartenz Task ForceDeputy Head Senior Superintendent Adarma Sinaga added that open communication remains a core approach during patrols to strengthen community partnership and maintain public order across Papua.
