Police Explained the Roles of Four Suspects of ACT Fund Abuse

inp.polri.go.id – The National Police Criminal Investigation Agency has identified four suspects in the alleged misappropriation of funds managed by Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT). The four suspects include Ahyudin, Ibn Khajar, Hariyana Hermain, and N Imam Akbari. Head of Public Information Bureau of Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan revealed each roles of the four suspects, one of which was Ahyudin, who was the founder and chairman of the ACT Foundation and Chair of the Trustees in 2019-2022. "(Ahyudin) founded as well as sits on the board of directors and commissioners of the ACT foundation in order to get a salary and other facilities," he explained, Monday (25/7/22). Brigadier General Ahmad said that in 2015, Ahyudin and three other suspects were suspected of making the SKB for the supervisor. This is related to a 20-30 percent cut in donations. Meanwhile, Ibnu Khajar, the current Chairperson of the ACT Management, played a role in making cooperation agreements with vendors related to Boeing victims. " IK also played a role in making cooperation agreement with vendors on the QSR project related to Boeing's humanitarian funds to the family of the Lion Air JT-610 victims," explained Brigadier General Ahmad. Next, there is Hariyana Hermain who was named as the Chair of the ACT supervisor in 2019-2022. Ramadhan said Hariyana was responsible for ACT's bookkeeping and finances. "His responsibility was as HRD and finance, where all bookkeeping and finances of ACT are under his authority. During the leadership of Ibnu Khajar, he became a member of the presidium who determined the use of the foundation's funds," explained Brigadier General Ahmed Ramadan. And lastly, there is N Imam Akbari who is a member of the mentor and Chairman of the ACT Foundation. Imam is said to be in charge of compiling and running the ACT program. "NIA prepares the programs and runs the program, and is part of the committee and ACT's board which participates in formulating the policies of the ACT Foundation," explained Karo Penmas.
