Inp.polri.go.id - Surakarta. Jakarta Popsivo Polwan advanced to the 2025 Proliga grand final after defeating Jakarta Pertamina Enduro 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 26-24) in their final women's Final Four match at GOR Sritex Arena stadium, Surakarta, on Sunday (4/5/2025).

Popsivo coach Gerardo Daglio admitted surprise at the straight-sets win, praising his team’s preparation and strategy. The victory secured Popsivo’s top spot in the second round of the Final Four, earning them Rp 60 million in prize money.

With two wins in three matches, Popsivo finished with six points in this round and 11 points overall from four victories in six matches, eliminating Gresik Petrokimia Pupuk Indonesia from the final.

Despite a strong effort from Pertamina Enduro—especially in the third set, where the teams battled to deuce—Popsivo maintained composure to seal the win.

Pertamina coach Bullent Karslioglu noted his team needed recovery but expressed satisfaction with their overall effort. Both teams will meet again in the grand final on May 20 at GOR Amongrogo stadium, Yogyakarta.
