“On Sunday afternoon, President Prabowo Subianto departed for the United Kingdom and Switzerland to attend several meetings,” Cabinet Secretary Lieutenant Colonel Teddy Indra Wijaya said, as reported by antaranews.com

The visit to London will focus on strengthening bilateral relations, with talks with Prime Minister Keith Starmer covering economic and maritime cooperation, while the meeting with King Charles III will address environmental protection, nature conservation, and elephant conservation alongside global philanthropists.

After his UK visit, President Prabowo is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, on 22 January 2026, as part of Indonesia’s high-level economic diplomacy.

“At Davos, the Head of State will deliver a keynote speech at the World Economic Forum, which is expected to be attended by 61 heads of state and government and more than 1,000 participants,” Cabinet Secretary Teddy said.
