"Warm congratulations to President Donald Trump on his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States," President Prabowo wrote in a post on his official Instagram account, @presidenrepublikindonesia, on Tuesday (21/1/2025).

In the message, he maintained Indonesia’s commitment to strengthening its strategic and long-term partnership with the U.S. for mutual benefit.

The swearing-in ceremony, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, was followed by Trump’s inaugural address, marking the beginning of his 2025–2029 presidential term.
