Inspector-General Lotharia Latif, together with Military Regional Commander IX/Udayana, Major General of National Armed Forces Maruli Simanjuntak accompanied by the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, welcomed the arrival of the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Ma'ruf Amin and Mrs. Wuri Ma'ruf Amin in order to make a working visit to the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Saturday (10/16/2021). The arrival of the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia and his entourage arrived at El Tari Kupang International Airport using a Special Presidential Aircraft Boeing 737-400 Airforces at around 17.45 Central Indonesian Time. Furthermore, the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia and his entourage went straight to the Aston Kupang Hotel to rest. Also accompanying Vice President Ma'ruf Amin on the visit were the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian, Coordinating Minister for Politics, Law and Security (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD, Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Menkop and SMEs) Teten Masduki, Minister of Health (Menkes), Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Minister of Manpower (Menaker), Ida Fauziyah, Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas), Suharso Monoarfa, Deputy Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), John Wempi Wetipo, and Deputy Minister of the Environment and Forestry (LHK), Alue Dohong. To note, the purpose of the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, together with the Ministers on a working visit to the Province of East Nusa Tenggara, is to chair the Coordination Meeting for the Reduction of Extreme Poverty in Kupang.
