inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Thousands of personnel have been deployed to secure the U23 National Team match against Malaysia at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) at 8:00 PM.

"Regarding security for tonight's football match, we have deployed 1,620 personnel, consisting of members of the Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, the Indonesian National Military (TNI), and several personnel from the Indonesian National Police Headquarters," explained the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi, Jakarta, Monday (7/21/2025).

Ade advised the public to avoid routes leading to GBK to avoid traffic congestion. However, traffic engineering has been prepared and will be implemented when necessary.

He also urged the public to cooperate in maintaining a conducive situation and called on the football fans to follow the applicable regulations.

"For those who will be watching, please follow the instructions of our field officers and the committee. There are dos and don'ts, items that are prohibited, and so on. Please follow them," he said.
