Special Detachment 88 Counter-terrorism unit implores community to be cautious in donating their funds amidst the ensuing global conflicts, as there are possibilities the funds would be misused to different cause. “With the existence of global conflicts, I implore the public to donate their funds to more valid and trusted organizers,” says Head Ops of Special Detachment 88 Counter-terrorism, Grand Commissioner Aswin Siregar on Tuesday (10/31/2023). According to him, people is also implored to be cautious and aware with infiltrations during rally or demonstrations. “We should not let people did uncoordinated demonstrations and infiltrated by terrorist groups,” says Aswin. He explains that several solidarity actions are often infiltrated by terrorist groups to enhance their beliefs.
