inp.polri.go.id - Cianjur. Following the public consultation held by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, the Regency Government of Cianjur assures that Sukabumi-Ciranjang and Ciranjang-Padalarang Toll Road construction can officially start in 2025.

The Head of Cianjur Traffic Department, Tedi Artiawan says that the preparation of collaboration project between the government and business entity (KPBU) for the construction of the Sukabumi-Ciranjang and Ciranjang-Padalarang Toll Roads will be carried out in 2025-2029.

Tedi says that the road will stretch from Sukabumi Regency to Cianjur and West Bandung with the total length of each toll section about 20-25 kilometers.

Furthermore, Tedi hopes that with KPBU, the groundbreaking can immediately be carried out so that many concerning issues, particularly traffic jams, can be overcomed.

“And also the high demands of Cianjur concerning the population increase, traffic volume increase, and economic flow increase from Cianjur to Bandung and Jakarta and vice versa,” adds Tedi.
