The Sukabumi City Sub-regional Police, Superintendent Ari Setyawan Wibowo, along with the key officials welcomes the visit of Sukabumi City General Election City (KPU) member in Sukabumi City Sub-regional Police HQ on Wednesday (1/3/2024) morning. The Head of Public Relation of Lodaya Mantap Brata Operation, First Police Inspector Astuti Setyaningsih explains that the meeting of the two parties was to enhance the collaboration ahead the upcoming election on February 14th, 2024. “Our police chief along with key officials have warmly welcomed our colleagues from Sukabumi City KPU. This is indeed a positive trend in effort of solidifying our collaboration ahead the election,” said Astuti. Astuti added that her party is sure that the solidarity between the two institutions and the public elements would greatly support the realization of peaceful election. Furthermore, as part of the security elements in the 2024 General Election, Sukabumi City Sub-regional Police would continuously work hard to ensure the conducive and peaceful situation in all of election stages. “To realize a safe and secure situation in the 2024 General Election, we from Sukabumi City Sub-regional Police will continue to improve our various preventive and pre-emptive efforts, conducting routine patrols to several vital objects or other locations, educating our policies and laws, while invites the public to support us in maintaining conductivity around the area,” explains Astuti. Meanwhile, the Head of Sukabumi City KPU, Imam Sutrisno said that the synergy between his party and Sukabumi City Sub-regional Police have been well maintained and committed to support the proper, smooth, and conducive democracy during the election. “Obviously, we appreciate for the cooperation that has been tightly woven with the Sukabumi City Sub-regional Police while this visit is also aimed to further strengthen our coordination ahead the 2024 General Election and advocate more effective communication between us,” conclude Imam.
