In an effort to help the public to get their food supplies at affordable prices during Ramadan, the East Kalimantan Regional Police's Directorate of Special Crimes held the Affordable Food Movement for the Community at the South Balikpapan on Thursday (3/19/2026).
The Riau Islands Regional Police also held the Affordable Food Movement (GPM), which was implemented simultaneously nationwide.
The Indonesian National Police (INP) and the State Logistics Agency (Bulog) together are holding an Affordable Food Movement across Indonesia to maintain price stability and ensure food availability for the public ahead of Eid al-Fitr 2026.
Through the implementation of inflation control activities such as the Cheap Food Movement (GPM), Bapanas (National Food Agency) is encouraging the acceleration of the realization of deconcentration funds in the regions.
