Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.Through the implementation of inflation control activities such as the Cheap Food Movement (GPM), Bapanas (National Food Agency) is encouraging the acceleration of the realization of deconcentration funds in the regions.

"We hope there will be acceleration. Through regional inflation control activities," said Bapanas Main Secretary, Sarwo Edhy on Friday (9/27/2024).

In his statement, he said that until now the absorption of the deconcentration budget in the regions is only 65.50 percent. While the absorption target in September 2024 must reach 80 percent.

The deconcentration budget that has been absorbed is IDR 100.202 billion out of a total of IDR 155 billion. According to him, there are 9 provinces with the lowest absorption.

Including South Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, West Sumatra and Southwest Papua. Then Central Kalimantan, Papua Pegunungan, Central Papua and South Papua.
