The implementation plan has received a crowd permit from the National Police based on Police Law No. 10 of 2022 concerning Security for Sports Competitions. It is reported that the stadiums that will be used for the first round will be Manahan Stadium in Solo, Jatidiri Stadium in Semarang, Maguwoharjo Stadium in Sleman, M. Soebroto Stadium in Magelang, and Sultan Agung Stadium in Bantul.
