On that occasion, the Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Police explained what protocol means, it’ss important elements, the main functions and duties of the protocol, as well as the basic ethics that a protocol officer needs to know and understand. He adds that as a protocol officer they must have broad insight in many aspects and fields. The Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Regional Police also sing a song with the participant as an ice breaking for the participants.. "We as protocol officer must be able to deal with problems in the field quickly and responsively, must be able to prepare plans and backup plans in an activity so that it can we can maintain a conducive and smooth situation, because an activity does not always run smoothly as expected, so a protocol officer must be able to read the situation and prepare a plan according to the circumstances," he said.
