The Police Chief and Governor of Bali Reviews the Preparation of G20 Summit

inp.polri.go.id -  Bali Police Chief Inspector General Putu Jayan Danu Putra, along with the Governor of Bali Wayan Koster, review various G20 location points on Saturday (10/29). The points visited include VIP Ngurah Rai Airport, GWK, Hotel Apurva Kempinski, and Mangrove forest. The Police Chief and the Governor came directly to see the progress of infrastructure development projects in a number of locations which would later be visited by G20 heads of state and delegates. "Today we are checking the progress of infrastructure development in locations that will be visited by heads of state. From our review, the building construction process is almost completed. Hopefully everything goes smoothly," said the Bali Police Chief. "The review of the G20 venue is a testament to the enthusiasm of Balinese leaders in supporting and welcoming the G20 Presidency," he explained. Furthermore, the entourage also headed to The Apurva Kempinski Hotel Nusa Dua, to review and coordinate with the hotel management regarding the facilities and infrastructure needed by the delegates who would stay there, but before went to the hotel, they also reviewed the CCTVs at the Command Center in the ITDC Nusa Dua area. Finally, the group visited the Mangrove forest, and told the management to immediately repair and widen the road access and parking, as well as facilities and infrastructure that will be used for the gala dinner during the G20 Summit presidency.
