Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps Chief, Inspector General Aan Suhanan awarded his outstanding personnel for disclosing traffic accident through the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcment in South Sumatra.
The awards were given to the members of South Sumatra Regional Police Traffic Directorate which are the Director of the unit Senior Superintendent M. Pratama, the Head of Law Enforcement Sub-directorate Police Assistant Superintendent Irwan Andeta and Head of Traffic Accident Law Enforcement Sub-directorate Police Assistant Superintendent Putu Eka Dhenda.
“Together we have seen some of our colleagues have received the award for their amazing performance in upholding the law in traffic sectors,” said the Traffic Corps Chief.
Aan states that the technology of ETLE is a tool used to track and capture the law violations in traffic.
“As we expected, the ETLE cameras did not only captured the traffic violations, but the data stored in this technology could also be used in case investigation,” adds Aan.
Furthermore, Aan emphasized that the ETLE cameras brings huge benefits for the law enforcement efforts, thus the police have installed the camera in huge mass across the country.
“I appreciate your thoroughness in handling traffic violations. This kind of attitude and approach should motivate us for the better. And also, thank you for your dedication and effort as we take valuable lesson from it,” conclude the Traffic Corps Chief.
