Three Police Personnel Participated in World Parachuting Championship in Dubai

inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Three Police personnel are drafted into the Indonesian parachuting team sent to the 6th World Parachuting Championship in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, on December 7-18, 2021. The three Police personnel are Police Grand Commissioner Sonny Latuheru (Division Chief), the Police senior parachuter; Police Inspector First Class Anjil Faozi, the accurate landing athlete; and H Ibrohim, another accurate landing athlete who is also a gold medalist of 2021 National Sports Week in Papua. This annual event was attended by participants from 28 countries, in which Indonesia sent four teams consisting of men and women Accuracy Landing teams, one team of Formation Skydiving, and one team of Indoor Skydiving. "After we saw the ongoing medal tally, either on Landing Accuracy and Formation Skydiving, I am optimistic that Indonesia could gain achievement in these numbers", the Indonesian Delegation Chief said on Thursday (9/12/2021). He said that it is a pride to participate in this parachuting championship because Indonesia is quite valued by other countries. "On this occasion, I also thanked the Indonesian Aero Sports Federation who has accommodated the Indonesian team to participate in this prestigious event", the Middle Policy Analyst Officer of the General Offences Agency of Indonesian National Police Headquarter. The Indonesian Delegation Chief was also involved in accompanying male and female Accuracy Landing numbers during orientation fall and provided motivations. (my/bq/hy)
