inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Traffic Corps of Indonesian National Police pushes Regional Police to develop digital Book Vehicle Owners (BPKB). The digital-based services would ease people to access documents in Police institutions.
"Service by Police to the public, besides to form positive opinions, it is also a necessity on Police's efforts to keep improving their services", Director of Registration and Identification of Traffic Corps of Indonesian National Police, Police Brigadier General Yusri Yunus, said in Jakarta on Monday (22/11/21).
Police Brigadier General Yusri Yunus also said that information development is getting spread fast so that technology could ease people in BPKB serving and also enhance public trust in Police.
"The development of quick information, mainly in the 4.0 industry era, eases public in sending complaints and inputs towards service provider by motor vehicle registration such as BPKB services. There are demands for service improvement so it could enhance public trust", the Director of Registration and Identification of Traffic Corps of Indonesian National Police said.
In enhancing services, BPKB could develop innovation based on technological advancements. This development enables easiness for people in conducting registration and identification of motor vehicles from related stakeholders that we need to watch together so it could be applied for all services", Police Brigadier General Yusri Yunus said.
