inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Chief of Traffic Corps of National Police, Police Inspector General Firman Santyabudi, inaugurated the launch of K3I Apps (Control, Coordination, Communication, and Information). The app features a menu on information, public facilities data, and traffic situations.
"The traffic handling problem cannot be handled by ourselves. This app is to answer the quick service implementation for the public", Chief of Traffic Corps of National Police said at the National Traffic Management Centre (NTMC) Building, Jakarta, on Monday (20/12/2021).
"K3I is the soul of our control and operational centre. It is supported by updated data on the inside so people could see their information necessities", Chief of Traffic Corps of National Police continued.
The two-star general added that by providing data in this application, it would be the device that will support decision making. If there are some accidents on the road, they could be monitored from the CCTV of Jasa Marga.
For direct service, K3I provides call centre and a chatbot that is ready to answer public questions. There are also Digital One-Stop Service (SIGNAL) and Presisi National Driving License that are ready to ease the public in creating driving documents.
"We could know actually and by real-time on following up this information, including the general public. Everyone could utilise it with the operators in NTMC", he concluded.
Chief of Traffic Corps even delivered his hope to the people to utilise optimally the services provided by Indonesian National Police, including the K3I, which, in the near future, could help people travelling during Christmas and New Year.
