inp.polri.go.id - The trauma healing team of Pasuruan City Police visits personnel of Lilin Semeru Ops who are on duty in security posts and service posts. Head of Human Resources Department of East Java Police, Commissioner Handoyo, says that the visit was to provide morale support to the personnel in the field. “Trauma healing team task is to provide moral support by providing personnel some motivations and to always be careful while on duty,” says Commissioner Handoyo in his statement on Wednesday (12/28). He explained that the provision of trauma healing is aimed to cure some morale disturbances such as anxiety, panic, or other mental issues that could disrupt personnel’s performance. With this help, he hopes that it could reignite the spirit of personnel to continue give their best service to the community.
