Yoon further explained that other cooperation programs in the defense sector will also continue to be carried out proactively by utilizing South Korea's world-class technological and production capabilities. The South Korean Defense Acquisition Program Administration said the KF-21 flew for 30 minutes. The experiment will continue until 2026, before South Korea mass-produces it. Then by 2030, South Korea is expected to be able to send 120 fighter jets to their Air Force. The KF-21 is a fighter jet made by the Korean Aerospace Industry 047810.KS (KAI). Indonesia also played a role in the development of the fighter jet. In 2014, Indonesia and South Korea agreed to develop a jet through a project worth 8.1 trillion won or around Rp92 trillion.
