inp.polri.go.id – To welcome the 67th Anniversary of Traffic Unit, the Jambi Traffic Directorate held a social service by providing basic supplies, Monday (19/9/22). A total of 805 food packages were distributed by the Jambi Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The Director of Traffic of the Jambi Police, Commissioner Dhafi, confirmed that the provisions were to commemorate the 67th Anniversary of Traffic Unit, and aimed for public transport drivers, motorcycle taxis, dustman, workers, orphanages, schools for the special needs, street vendors, fishermen, and nursing homes. "We share this with the community as a form of our gratitude, while also to help the community in easing the economic burden to the increase in fuel prices," said the Jambi Regional Police Traffic Director, Monday (19/9/22). "We will continue to carry out this social service until September 20," continued the Jambi Regional Police Traffic Director. He also added that during the distribution of basic needs, the personnel also gave an appeal to the public to comply with the traffic laws. "We urge the public to obey traffic lawsc such as wearing a helmet when riding a motorcycle, and carrying necessary vehicle documents," concluded the Jambi Regional Police Traffic Director.
