inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo revealed that the response time for calls to the 110 call center is 10 seconds.
"We provide a 10-second response time for calls to 110. If they are not answered, the response will be escalated to the next level, from the lowest; police station, up to the highest; the INP Headquarters," said the INP Chief on Monday (1/26/2026).
He explained that this time limit is intended to strengthen services and improve call service standards.
"We have set a 10-minute time limit for rapid response to the crime scene. This also adheres to the UN standard for quick response for police emergency services," he explained.
General Sigit continued, explaining that the hotline services are integrated with the Fire Department, regional hospitals, and Grab.
"Going forward, we will continue to make improvements by drafting various regulations to support these activities," he said.
