Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is accelerating digital integration with Saudi Arabia to streamline services and safeguard millions of annual pilgrims.
During the Saudi-Indonesian Umrah Co-Exchange in Makkah on Monday, Minister Moch. Irfan Yusuf committed to aligning national data with Saudi Vision 2030 standards. This synchronization optimizes the Nusuk Masar platform for hotel contracting and real-time health monitoring.
"This system integration is not merely about technological modernization, but ensuring the safety and comfort of our pilgrims throughout their entire journey," Minister Yusuf said in a statement on Tuesday (17/2/2026), as cited by antaranews.com.
Indonesia also proposed flexible visa replacement policies to preserve quotas for last-minute cancellations and sought digitized "Dam" payment clarity. By eliminating administrative bottlenecks through high-tech connectivity, both nations aim to create a more transparent, responsive, and secure pilgrimage environment.
