As part of the police effort in guaranteeing the situation post-election remain conducive and prevents public disturbances, Lampung Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Helmy Santika, accompanied by his key officials and Lampung General Election Commission (KPU) Head, visited Lampung KPU Office on Tuesday (3/5/2024). “We want to make sure that the recapitulation process goes smoothly and free from disturbances,” said the police chief. Moreover, all parties are expected to maintain the security and conducive situation post-election. “We asked for your cooperation from all parties to maintain security and order in Lampung Province,” adds Helmy. The check and review by the police chief and entourage is part of preventive efforts to ensure the region stability post-election.
