inp.polri.go.id – In anticipating the natural disasters, the Cibereum Police and the people of Sindangpalay Complex, work together doing cleaning at their environment, Monday (6/6/2022). Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of the West Java Police (Polda Jabar), Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo, S.I.K., M.Sc., said that through the ongoing community service, it is hoped that natural disasters, such as floods, can be anticipated considering that recently the intensity of rainfall has been quite high. The Chief Police of Cibereum, AKP Suwaji said that this activity is routinely held with the locals to maintain the enviromental cleanliness. “Yes indeed that our personnel and the local community work together in cleaning the environment. This is also part of our effort to be present amid the community,” he said. On that occassion, they also found a little bit of problem in that housing complex. “Based on the discussion among the community, they agreed to build some kind of entrance to the cemetary. And they also considered that it was necessary to arrange a special public cemetery for residents of Sindangpalay, "he added. "This problem has also been included in the report on the activities of the Cibereum Police personnel to the Sukabumi City Police Chief, which later will be coordinated with the Sindangpalay Village and Cibereum District," he said. According to him, this activity is also a series of events ahead of the 76th anniversary of Bhayangkara. It is hoped that with this activity, Police officers in the area can receive all inputs and solve the problems that arise in the region. "With fast and appropriate steps, hopefully small problems in the area can be resolved as fast as possible, so as not to create a prominent problem in the future. We also urge the entire community to work together with police officers in maintaining conduciveness in the region. No matter how small the problem, if it is communicated immediately, it will be resolved," he concluded.
