Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. Bali Regional  Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya convened representatives from 24 foreign consulates on Friday to strengthen coordination and oversight of foreign citizens on the island.

“Bali is a global destination. Security is our shared responsibility to ensure tourism runs smoothly and benefits everyone,” he said during the meeting at the Bali Police headquarters, attended by delegates from the United States, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Spain, and Thailand, on Friday (31/10/2025), as reported by antaranews.com.

Chief Daniel underscored that maintaining public order is key to ensuring safe and high-quality tourism. He also highlighted major cases involving foreigners, including drug smuggling, fake investments, and cybercrime.

Bali Police will continue to work closely with immigration authorities and consulates to prevent legal violations. According to Bali Police Operations Bureau Chief Senior Superintendent Soelistijono, 236 foreigners,  mostly from Russia, the US, Australia, Ukraine, and India have been deported in 2025 for various offenses.
