Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  West Jakarta Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrest of Indonesian musician and actor Leonardo Arya, widely known as Onad, over alleged drug abuse in a residential area of Rempoa, South Tangerang, on Thursday.

“Yes, it’s true (he was arrested),” said West Jakarta  Narcotics Director Senior Superintendent Ahmad David on Friday (31/10/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com. 

Meanwhile, West Jakarta Police spokesperson Assistant Senior Inspector Wisnu Wirawan described Onad as a victim of drug abuse, though details have yet to be disclosed.

At the scene, officers found a small plastic bag containing marijuana stems, a rolling paper, a small box, and three mobile phones, said Metro Jaya Regional Jakarta Police spokesperson Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi. 

He added that traces of ecstasy, believed to have been consumed earlier, were also detected.

Police have not yet confirmed whether Onad will be charged.

Born in 1990, Onad rose to fame as the vocalist of the rock band Killing Me Inside and later appeared in several Indonesian films.
