inp.polri.go.id – Banten Police Chief, Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the odong-odong accident that was hit by a train on Wednesday (27/7/22).
"We express our condolences for the deaths of nine people in the deadly odong-odong accident that was hit by a train at the Silebu Village crossing, Kragilan District," said the Banten Police Chief.
"Hopefully the victim's family will be given strength to face this difficult time," continued the former Head of the National Police Division.
Serang Police Chief AKBP Yudha Satria added that the incident resulted in the death of three children and six adults.
"The Odong-Odong that carries 31 passengers were thrown and part of the vehicle body was destroyed after being hit by the train," said the Serang Police Chief.
"The injured victims have been treated at the Hermina Hospital," said the Serang Police Chief.
"All the victims who died were residents of Cibetik, Pengampelan Village, Walantaka District, Serang City," continued the Serang Police Chief.
