The Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the National Police (Polri) has identified three suspects in the alleged falsification of the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) land certificate in North Bogor, Bogor City. This case is now under investigation stage.
"Their network is the same. The suspects, if I'm not mistaken, are 3 people," explained the Director of Directorate of General Crime (Dirtipidum) Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi, Wednesday (16/3/22).
Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi detailed that the two suspects were former staff of the Directorate General of State Assets at the Ministry of Finance and former staff at the National Land Agency (BPN). While the other person is a broker who used to falsify letters for the transfer of certain lands.
"There are former DJKN staff and former BPN staff, and a broker," explained Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri.
The One Star General also said that in that case, the suspects were suspected of falsifying several documents so that the land could be handed over. The object is a state asset.
"The modus operandi is counterfeiting so that the rights of the land are transferred. The land is a state asset," stated the Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri.
Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi said that this case was found when the government was conducting confiscation of several assets related to BLBI. "As soon as we conducting confiscation, we realized 'Oh, it turns out that the rights have already been moved'. That's why we are looking into how the rights can be switched," he explained.
