Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) commemorates the Isra Mi’raj of Prophet Muhammad SAW. The commemoration was attended by INP General Supervision Inspector, Commissioner General Ahmad Dofiri, INP key officials, INP members, and Cleric Arrazy Hasyim. Ahmad Dofiri, representing INP Chief, gives his remarks and opens the commemoration with the theme of “The Message of Isra Mi’raj in Moral Value in Realizing INP Presisi Ready to Secure Peaceful Election”. In his remarks, INP Chief considers that the commemoration of Isra Mi’raj is a guidance for INP members for a better live through pondering the live of Prophet Muhammad SAW. “The spiritual journey of Prophet Muhammad SAW, which only occurred once in the history of mankind, is the symbol of greatness, honor, and miracle for the prophet,” said Ahmad. Ahmad conveys that the journey of Prophet Muhammad should be pondered upon in improving our faith, as with strong faith, it is hoped that personnel would be better in their service for the country and the people. “Also for preparing them in the globalization era, where nowadays people has pushed aside moral values in socio-politic lives,” said Ahmad. He hoped that the commemoration would further strengthen the faith of members and further improve their live qualities. “Let us together pray to Allah SWT for health, stronger faith, patience, and harmony in our duties, particularly in securing the 2024 democratic process to go smoothly and conducive,” prayed Ahmad. On the other hand, cleric Arrazy told the story of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his close circle which taught many life lesson for people to learn. “Securing this country is also part of our gratitude to Allah. You are bearing the responsibility that not all could do, and I know it is tough. Which are maintaining peace in this world, in Indonesia,” said Arrazy. (ad/inp/pr/nm)
