Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The 43rd ASEAN Summit aims to showcase the spirit of South East Asia, one of which is a clean energy, Monday (9/4/2023). The commitment of Indonesia in liven this spirit is by accommodating electric vehicle for ASEAN Summit in Jakarta which take place from 5th to 7th September. One of the providers of such electric vehicle is Wuling Motors (Wuling). The Technical Support Wuling Fanda Dwitanto states that their party was appointed to support the mobility of the delegates during the Summit. Fanda says that Wuling will provide 150 units of Air-EV to support the transportation of the delegates and the spirit of clean energy. “We were asked by the State Secretariat to provide Wuling Air-EV. All units will be provided as brand new vehicle, not those that was used back in G20 Summit,” said Fanda. The Air-EV unit is Long Range with Pristine White color. On the right and left side door will be plastered with the official logo of ASEAN Summit 2023 and a letter of “Shaping Clean Tomorrow”. The letter is the spirit of Wuling for their commitment in clean energy. Air-EV Long Range also able to cover up to 300 km in one full battery charge, thus making it a proper vehicle for the attending delegates. Wuling has also prepared 13 battery charging locations for their vehicles, other than car wash and small workshops.
