inp.polri.go.id - Mulia. Personnel from the Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force conducted a dialogue patrol in Talilime Village, Puncak Jaya Regency, as an effort to get closer with the community and ensure that public order and security were maintained.

The patrol, conducted on foot through the village, is part of the soft approach consistently prioritized by the Task Force in carrying out its duties in Central Papua.

In addition to monitoring security conditions, personnel also engaged in direct dialogue with the locals to listen to their concerns. Personnel also convey messages of public order and security, encouraging them to maintain unity, resist the influence of unverified information, and immediately report any potential security disturbances in their neighborhoods.

The Head of Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force, Inspector General Faizal Ramadhani, stated that the dialogue patrol is one of the ongoing steps taken to strengthen relations between security forces and the community.

"The presence of personnel in the community is not only aimed at maintaining security stability, but also at building good communication and fostering public trust in the authorities. We want to ensure that the public can carry out their daily activities safely and comfortably," said Faizal.

According to Faizal, an approach that prioritizes communication and direct interaction with the community is crucial in creating a conducive situation in the Puncak Jaya area.

The people of Talilime Village welcomed the patrols. The presence of personnel interacting directly with the community is seen as providing a sense of security and demonstrating the state's commitment to providing protection to communities even in remote areas.
