Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian sovereign wealth fund Danantara and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) will jointly launch the Russia-Indonesia Investment Platform (RIDNIP) worth €2 billion (approx. Rp37.6 trillion) to finance strategic sectors across both countries.
“This partnership marks a crucial milestone in Danantara’s long-term strategy to mobilize capital for Indonesia’s national priorities,” said Danantara CEO Rosan Perkasa Roeslani during the signing in St. Petersburg, as reported by antaranews.com on Friday (2-62025)..
The platform, signed before Presidents Prabowo Subianto and President Vladimir Putin, will fund high-impact projects in energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and food security. It also aims to foster bilateral tech transfer and build industrial capacity.
RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev emphasized the deal reflects “shared commitment to innovation-driven growth and global competitiveness,” underscoring long-standing Indonesia-Russia ties.
RIDNIP will focus on value creation through cross-border investment, innovation ecosystems, and enhanced economic cooperation.
