inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The West Java Regional Police have issued a Wanted Person (DPO) for suspect TH (30) in the alleged kidnapping and assault of his girlfriend. 

The announcement was issued after his status was officially confirmed as a suspect in the serious assault and kidnapping of his girlfriend.

West Java Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Rudi Setiawan, stated that all ranks of his unit are still pursuing the suspect. The police are also engaging the public to provide information if they have information about the fugitive's whereabouts.

"I also want to inform you that we have listed him in the Wanted Person list," said Rudi while visiting the victim at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung on Tuesday (6/23/2026).

He urged the public to immediately report any sightings or information about the suspect's whereabouts. He stated that information from residents will assist the joint team's ongoing pursuit.

"We are asking for assistance from the entire community. If anyone sees, knows, or meets him, please cooperate with the West Java Regional Police to report his whereabouts," he said.

Rudi emphasized that the police will continue to hunt down the suspect until he is apprehended.

"The West Java Regional Police will not give any room to perpetrators of violence like this. We will continue to search for his whereabouts and ask for support from the entire community. We must uncover this and process it according to the law," he said.
