Armed Forces and Police simultaneously held the opening of 2021 Integrated Education and Training of Dikmara (NCO Initial Education) of Army and Diktukba (NCO Formation Education) of Police. The integration class was held for five days across all Police educational units and 14 Army educational institutions.
The ceremony was opened by the instructor, Armed Forces Major General Gabriel Lema S, the Instructor of Indonesian Army Education Training and Doctrine Command from the Army Headquarter, accompanied by Police Inspector General M Adnas, the Primary Widya Iswara of Police Staffs and Leaders School of Police Education and Training Institution. The event was held at the Black Field of Batua State Police School (SPN) on Monday (13/12/2021).
Seven hundred eighty-one people enrolled in this Dikmaba and Diktuba integrated educational session at the SPN of Batua of South Sulawesi Regional Police, consisting of 35 people from Army and 746 from the Police. This integrated training emphasised skills in self-motivation, communication, problem-solving, leadership, Samapta way of life, and teamwork.
In his instruction during the opening ceremony, Chief of Police Education and Training Institution, Police General Commissioner Rycko Amelza Dahniel, stated that the training is expected to strengthen Armed Forces and Police synergy as the component that has important roles in maintaining national security stability.
"This first-time event is hoped to gave positive impact for all attendees so achieve good relationship and led to routine agenda", Chief of Police Education and Training Institution concluded.
