Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka came to the General Election Commission (KPU) to officially run as the presidential and vice-presidential candidate for the 2024 Election. Their visit to KPU Building were followed by hundreds of their supporters, in which police has anticipated with their thousands personnel to maintain public security and order. Police implore Prabowo’s supporters who escort Prabowo-Gibran to maintain public security and order. “We implore the supporters who follows the presidential candidate registration process to jointly maintain public security and order,” says Central Jakarta Metro Regional Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Susatyo Purnomo Condro on Wednesday (10/25/2023). In securing Prabowo’s registration, Police have deployed around 2,600 personnel which divided into three areas, Senayan Gelora Bung Karno, Suropati Park, and KPU Building. He also explains that his party have implemented static and mobile security operations to secure Prabowo-Gibran registration process.
