Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs repatriated 300 Indonesian nationals and migrant workers from Malaysia’s Johor Bahru immigration detention center on Thursday (13//11/2025).

The group includes 221 men, 66 women, five boys, and eight girls.

“These returnees fall under vulnerable categories such as the elderly, pregnant women, mothers with children, unaccompanied minors, and those detained for over six months with financial hardship,” the ministry said in a statement, as reported by antaranews.com.

The repatriation took place in two groups via sea route, arriving at Batam Center Ferry Port in Riau Islands. The Foreign Ministry and Indonesian Consulate General in Johor Bahru coordinated arrival handling, rehabilitation, and reintegration with local authorities.
