Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesia and Australia have strengthened their agribusiness partnership through the third Australia–Southeast Asia Business Exchange (A-SEABX), held in Jakarta on 10 and 11 November 2025.

The event brought together 29 leading Australian agribusiness companies and coincided with a visit from the Infant Nutrition Council.

“The size and strength of this delegation reflect how important the agribusiness sector is for both Australia and Indonesia,” said Australian Ambassador to Indonesia Roderick Brazier in an official statement received by antaranews.com on Tuesday (11/11/2025).

Led by Professor Jennifer Westacott AC from the Australia’s Business Champion for Indonesia, the delegation showcased Australia’s agricultural and food capabilities, explored investment opportunities, and engaged with Indonesian regulators and industry players.

Professor Westacott said the closer partnership would support productivity and food security goals through a more resilient and secure agribusiness supply chain. A-SEABX, a flagship Australian government program, aims to turn high-level commitments into tangible partnerships that benefit farmers, producers, and consumers in both nations.
