Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Starting Monday, Indonesia will mandate the use of the All Indonesia application for all international passengers arriving by air or sea. The system will be enforced at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Juanda Airport in Surabaya, Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and Batam’s international seaport.

“All Indonesia marks a breakthrough in simplifying arrival procedures. By integrating immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into one platform, passengers, especially the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities, can enjoy a faster, safer, and more inclusive entry process,” said Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman on Sunday (31/8/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

The application allowed travelers to submit required declarations up to three days before arrival at no cost. It replaces the previous electronic customs declaration (e-CD), eliminating the need for separate submissions. 

Officials say the integrated digital system will not only improve efficiency and border security but also strengthen health monitoring and safeguard Indonesia’s economy and food resilience.
