Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) arrested on Monday a 30-year-old TikTok user, identified as CS, for spreading provocative content urging an attack on Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. 

“The suspect created manipulative content linked to ongoing demonstrations, which could endanger a national vital object and disrupt public order,” said Brigadier General Himawan Bayu Aji, the Director of Cybercrime at the INP’s Criminal Investigation Agency, on Wednesday (3/9/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

CS, a private employee, allegedly posted the material under the account @cecepmunich. Authorities seized his mobile phone, ID card, and TikTok account access as evidence. Despite being named a suspect, police have not detained him but imposed a reporting obligation twice weekly.

He is charged under the Criminal Code, which carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison.
