The Chief of the Indonesian National Police (INP), General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, underscored the crucial role of unity and collaboration between the military and police, particularly amidst ongoing global challenges. "Mutual understanding, solidarity, and unity are paramount, especially in the face of global uncertainties," he emphasized during the joint military and police iftar on Tuesday (2/4/2024). Chief Sigit elaborated on the necessity to bolster the solidarity between the military and police, especially considering the less favorable circumstances experienced in other countries compared to Indonesia, where Ramadan blessings can be fully embraced. "Many of our brothers and sisters, particularly those in Gaza, may not have the same opportunities to partake in Ramadan activities as we do," he added.
