Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police (INP) conducted a competency training for police officers serving in public relations functions.
The training was attended by 36 participants from INP's public relations, ranging from non-commissioned officers to middle-ranking officers.
Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, the Head of INP's Public Relations Division, highlighted on Thursday (22/2/2024) the importance of e-Learning for INP Public Relations Precision training to improve the capabilities of the public relations team amid evolving information challenges, antaranews.com reported.
"With this training, we aim for all personnel to have increasingly mature public relations skills that are continuously developed," he said.
General Sandi explained that e-Learning provides features that grant INP's Public Relations Division access to various learning materials, allowing them to participate in competencies, exams, and learning spaces within these competencies.
During the training, participants were also briefed on the Precision Public Relations Portal owned by INP's Public Relations Division that serves as a digital medium for operational activities and functional development in public relations.
He said that enhancing the public communication skills is one among 16 priority program of the Indonesian National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
