Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Public Relations Chief, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho opens the public relations competency training for his personnel. The improvement of capabilities of PR personnel are one of the efforts in preparing them ahead challenges in the ever-changing future.
Sandi states that the current training is about e-Learning Humas Polri Presisi (Presisi INP PR e-Learning). He explained that the e-Learning provides features which gives access to various training material and members could follow a competency study so that they could participate in the competency exam and study room.
Meanwhile, Presisi INP PR Portal is a digital platform which houses all applications, online media, and PR social media. Moreover, the portal also serves as digital media for operational activities or PR functional guidance so that it could be proper information reference for the public, media, and even INP members.
“With this training, we pray that all personnel could have better and improved PR capabilities,” said the PR Chief on Thursday (2/22/2024).
On the other hand, the PR Chief conveys there are 36 attendance who participates in the training from various ranks and hopefully it would be beneficial for them.
“Public Relations is the image of INP where all tasks carried by the police would be informed to the public through PR. With this, ever PR personnel must be ready and continue to improve their skill amidst the global challenges and technology development,” said PR Chief.
The improvement of members competency has become one of things emphasized by the INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. In one of the 16 priority programs of the Police General, one of which are the capabilities in public communication.
